Waiver of Liability
By enrolling your dog in AOK9 Dog Camp, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated
with dog daycare, training, transportation, and related services. While every effort is made to
ensure the health and safety of all dogs, AOK9 Dog Camp cannot be held liable for injuries, illnesses,
accidents, or damages resulting from your dog’s participation.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless AOK9 Dog Camp, its owners, employees, and
contractors against any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your dog’s activities
while under our care.
This waiver is binding upon you, your heirs, successors, and assigns. Please ensure your dog is
current on all vaccinations and is fit for group activities before attending.
You also grant permission for your dog to be photographed and/or recorded on video while participating
in camp activities. Such media may be used by AOK9 Dog Camp for promotional, educational, marketing,
or social media purposes, without compensation or further consent. You waive any rights to inspect or
approve the final use of such materials.
